Follow the steps below to create a witness PIN for use during end-of-shift counts and medication disposals.
Step 1:
Navigate to August Health's EHR. If you are in eMAR, click the "Back to EHR" option on the left side of the navigation.
Step 2:
Click on your name in the bottom left, then select "Account Preferences".
Step 3:
Click on "Generate" to generate a PIN.
Step 4:
In the next screen, click "Generate PIN".
Step 5:
Ensure that you write down/remember this PIN. If your PIN is forgotten, you can complete steps 1-4 again to generate a new PIN.
