How to run a one-time ACH payment

How to manually run an ACH payment for statement balance

Here’s how to run a one-time ACH payment through our Billing module.

Step 1:

Navigate to the “Billing” tab, and find the resident you need to run an ACH payment for. Click into their profile.

Step 2:

Click the “Resident Actions” dropdown on the top right of their page.

Step 3:

Click “Run ACH Payment “

Note: Admins can only run payments for statement balances.

Step 4:

Review the details and click “Pay Now.” You can now select a specific amount for the ACH pull. If there are multiple payers with ACH connections set up, you can also choose which payer to pull the payment from. Please note: if a payer has a maximum authorized amount set for ACH payments, a one-time payment cannot exceed that limit.

The ACH receipt can be viewed in the transaction history.
