How to run an ACH payment

How to manually run an ACH payment for statement balance

In the Billing module, Billing Admin users can re-run an ACH Payment if necessary.

Step 1:

Navigate to the “Billings” tab, and find the resident you need to run an ACH payment for. Click into their profile.

Step 2:

Click the “Resident Actions” dropdown on the top right of their page.

Step 3:

Click “Run ACH Payment “

Note- Admins can only run payments for statement balances. Custom payment amounts cannot be entered.

Step 4:

Review the details and click “Confirm.”

The ACH receipt can be viewed in the transaction history.
