Follow the steps below to issue a refund when money needs to be sent back to a resident or responsible party.

โStep 1:
Navigate to the Billing tab and click on the "Add Charge" button in the top right corner.
Step 2:
Select "Resident Refund" or a similar variation from the dropdown box. Enter the amount of the refund, the service date (date the refund was issued), and a brief description (i.e, the check number) or reason for the refund. The additional description will also appear on the statement. Once you've entered the necessary information, click save.
โStep 3:
โYou can confirm the entry was saved correctly by checking the list of transactions.
