The following steps will walk you through removing older recurring charges. One time charges can be removed from the transaction list.
Step 1:
In Billing, navigate to the resident that you would like to delete an inactive recurring charge from. You can manage their recurring charges in the section at the bottom of the page.
βStep 2:
Select the "Show Inactive" box located in the right corner of the section.
βStep 3:
Select the three dots on the right side of the inactive recurring charge, then select "Delete" to delete the charge.
Note: Older recurring charges are automatically hidden under the inactive list.
