Adding Informational Orders

How to add informational orders to a residents med list

This is how to add an Informational order to a resident's medication list in their chart and how to add it to specific parts of August Health.

Step 1:

Navigate to the medications tab of the resident's chart.

Step 2:

Click "Add Order."

Step 3:

Click on the "Enter medications or select order type" before typing click "Informational."

Step 4:

Enter the needed information regarding the informational order. An end date is not required, but can be added if necessary.


Display Options

Toggling on a specific display option will determine where it appears across August Health.
