Logging In
When tasks are shared with a Responsible Person for a resident, they receive an email guiding them to Log In and complete documents and tasks for their Resident. They can access their account in August Health by selecting the link in their email.
They can also access their account at any time by going to app.augusthealth.com and requesting a login link via email.
RP Access Details
Once they access their account, they can:
View and complete open tasks that have been shared with them
View, download, and print any documents they have previously signed, filled out, or uploaded in the Documents tab
View, add, and edit contacts in the Contacts tab (note- they cannot designate an alternative contact as the RP)
View and download a medications list in the Medications tab
Multiple Residents View
If an RP has multiple residents in your community and used the same email address for each, they can toggle between residents by using the Change button in the top left corner to switch which resident they're viewing.
