Before you can begin tracking bowel movements in Care Track, the bowel movement tracking option must be turned on for the resident.
Option 1 - In the Care Tab
Step 1:
Navigate to the 'Care' tab in the resident's chart.
Step 2:
Click "Tracking" in the upper right of the 'Care' tab.
Step 3:
Click on the drop-down.
Once you click to turn 'On' a flag, it will briefly appear at the bottom of your screen. If you click 'tracking' again, it will say 'On.'
Option 2 - In Toileting Routine
Steps 1:
Navigate to the 'Care' tab in the resident's chart.
Step 2:
Select the 'Toileting' routine. This can be added in a first-time schedule or while editing an already scheduled routine.
Step 3:
Toggle 'Track bowel movements' on, and a flag will briefly appear to state that it is on.
