Compliance Dashboards provide a clear view of compliance completion and resident task status, helping teams quickly identify what needs attention. A majority of users can access the Compliance tab in the left-side navigation bar, which displays community-specific compliance information. Users with Owner, Director, or Nurse permissions can also view compliance data in Insights, which provides an organization-wide overview.
How to Access and Use the "Compliance Tab"
Step 1:
Select "Compliance" in the navigation bar located on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 2:
You will now see your community’s compliance dashboard, along with a list of open tasks and their status below.
Filter for Resident Compliance Completion
Step 1:
At the top of the Compliance Dashboard, choose “Resident Completion” to view data for that specific compliance percentage.
Step 2:
Select the task completion type you’d like to view, and all residents with that item due will appear.
How to Access the Organization-Wide Compliance Data in Insights
Please note that users with Director or Nurse permissions will only see the communities they have access to in Insights. Owners automatically have access to all communities and will see all communities in their organization in Insights.

Inside Insights, select the "Compliance" tab.
