This article outlines how to update a resident’s code status so it displays correctly in the resident's chart header.
Step 1:
Create a new task for the POLST/MOLST form or other document with designated code status by selecting it from the New Documents list on the Documents tab in the resident's chart.
Step 2:
Upload the form and select the new code status on the right-hand side. Then save the changes.
Step 3:
You can view the updated code status on the Details tab in the resident's chart under Care Highlights.
