This video shows how to utilize voice charting in Care Track for documenting routines, exceptions, observations, and unscheduled care. With voice charting, you can speak in other languages to complete routine documentation.
Step 1:
Navigate to the resident's page, then select the microphone icon at the bottom right of the screen in mobile view or the upper right in desktop view.
Step 2:
Click the "Record" button to start documenting. Speak clearly about the completed routines, exceptions, undocumented care, and observations.
Example: "Assisted the resident with getting dressed and putting in her hearing aids, and completing all parts of her morning routine. The resident declined a bath this morning. I also assisted her with folding her laundry."
Step 3:
Click "Stop" to end the recording. Then August Intelligence will analyze your spoken input and display the results.
Step 4:
Check the displayed results for accuracy and confirm that completed routines are correct. If you need to bypass an entry, click “Skip.” If something appears incorrect, you can also select “Skip.” Always double-check the accuracy of your voice input after analysis. "Click "Confirm" to finalize the entries, which will automatically update the routines
