This video demonstrates how to complete a service plan to create Care routines from the Resident Assessment.
Step 1.
After completing the Resident Assessment, go to the Task tab and choose Service Plan.
Step 2.
Choose the required Frequency, Person Responsible, and Evaluation Method for each section of the Service Plan.
Note: You can click on “Add Preset Plans” for more detailed information on that ADL.
Step 3:
Review the plan, making any necessary changes, and Finalize.
Step 4:
You can schedule the care routines in the resident's Care tab.
