You can upload pictures or scans of important documents right into August Health.
Step 1: Select the 'Documents' tab on the top navigation bar
Step 2: You will be taken to a new page. On the right side of the page, there is a menu called 'New Document.' At the bottom of the menu, click the option to 'Upload a Document.'
Step 3: Select the type of document from the dropdown list. If you are uploading something other than what is in the list, use the 'Other' option at the bottom of the list.
Selecting the correct document type is critical for compliance purposes, as incorrect categorization can result in the document being marked as missing in the system. For example, if you upload a paper-signed service plan as "Other", the system will not register that the service plan was completed for a resident. It would need to be uploaded as a Service Plan instead of "Other".
Step 4: You'll be prompted to enter any necessary information, like a signature date on a Physician's Report. Please complete this information.
Step 5: Click 'Save' to add your uploads.
