You can add or change an existing resident photo within August.
Here are the steps:
Log into August
Navigate to the resident's profile
At the top, there is a pencil icon on the bottom right of the stock graphic. Click this pencil icon.
A popup will appear with the resident's information. Scroll to the bottom to the section labeled "Picture"
Click the text "Add a picture of [Resident's Name]"
Your computer's desktop or downloads folder will automatically appear. Navigate to the correct image and select it to insert.
Click 'Save'
Note: August accepts .png and .jpg picture formats.
