How does a Responsible Person get access to August Health?

RPs can access August Health once a task has been shared with them. They can access August Health through the email they receive to action on tasks, or by going to app.augusthealth.com, and using the email on file to gain access.

What can a Responsible Person view and do?

A Responsible Person has a limited view of their Residents information in August Health (compared to the community view). They can:

  • View header summary including birthday, gender, responsible person, code status, dementia diagnosis, ambulatory status, and if they are a hospice resident

  • Open and complete tasks that have been shared with them

  • View, edit, or add contacts

  • View documents they have either signed, uploaded, or that have been shared with them

  • Upload documents

  • View and download a Medication List
