  1. Within the 'Match Orders' screen select 'Add as a new order':

  2. Review the medication order and apply any edits at this time by selecting the 'Pencil' icon next to the desired section.

  3. Select 'Approve' once all edits have been made and the order has been reviewed for accuracy.

Note: If this medication order was entered in by mistake and is not a current medication order for this resident, please 'Reject' the medication order. Once the medication order is 'Rejected' the order will no longer be in a 'Pending' state and will be removed.

If 'Cancel' is selected one will be redirected back to the 'Medication' tab.

  4. Once 'Approved' the medication order will be listed in the 'Medication' tab with a 'New' tag indicating this is now an active order on the resident's MAR.

Note: The 'New' tag will be indicated on a 'New' order for 7 days.
