Within the 'Match Orders' screen select 'Replace an existing order':
Select the medication order you want to replace:
Select 'Replace Selected Order':
An 'Update Order' screen will appear for one to review:
Within the 'Pending Changes' section the 'Old' information will reference the order that is being discontinued and the 'New' information will reference the new order.
Note: If there are any changes that need to be applied select the 'Pencil' icon to edit the desired details before approving the medication order.
Once 'Approved' the medication order will be listed in the 'Medication' tab with a 'New' tag indicating this is now an active order on the resident's MAR.
Note: The 'New' tag will be indicated on a 'New' order for 7 days.
