Attention! Our Meds feature has been upgraded. If you haven't adjusted your medication, it is imperative that you update the med quantity label by following these instructions.
Step 1:
Go to the Medication Tab for the resident and click on the medication that needs to be edited. You will see the med quantity label displayed as "Unit".
Step 2:
Click on the pencil icon to edit the Routine Schedule. Select the med quantity label from the dropdown that best suits the medication order.
Step 3:
After selecting the appropriate label from the dropdown list, click the save button at the bottom of the page to update the changes.
Once you've made these changes, go back to the Medications Tab for the resident and you will see the correct med quantity label displayed for the medication order. This label will be seen under quantity on the MAR.
*Please note that if you do not make this adjustment, and leave the med quantity label as "units", then the quantity on the MAR will show as "1" like in the example given below. You will need to refer to the dosage section to better understand the quantity.
