To download the eMAR report, follow the steps below. Compared to the MAR, the eMAR report includes administration details and a detailed history of past medication administrations, making it a valuable resource for audits or more in-depth reviews.

Step 1:

From the resident's Medications tab, click on the download dropdown on the right of the page and select "MAR."

Step 2:

In the pop-up, toggle on the "eMAR Report" option and enter the date range you would like for the report. Click "Continue" to generate the report.

Step 3:

A new page will open for you to download or print the eMAR report. You can find the buttons to print or download on the top right of the page.

Note: There are several different symbols used in the eMAR report:

  • An X indicates the medication was not scheduled for that day.

  • The administrator's initials indicate the medication was administered.

  • The administrator's initials with a circle around them indicate the medication was marked as an exception.
