To resolve a missed medication, follow these steps:
Step 1:
In the Pass Meds Tab, missed meds are indicated with a red alert message showing the medication is overdue. Click on the resident with the overdue medication.
Step 2:
Click the "Mark as done" button on the overdue med card to document a medication as 'given'.
Step 3:
A pop-up will appear for you to enter the reason that the med was given late. Select your reason and leave a note if necessary. Click "mark as done" to confirm the med was given.
A green check mark will appear on the med card to indicate the med was given. You can confirm the med pass by clicking the button on the bottom right of the page.
