• Oversized position sizing compared to your normal risk profile.
• Passing the evaluation with one unusually large trade.
• Risking nearly your entire drawdown allowance on a single trade.
• Revenge trading or emotional, all-or-nothing behavior.
• Random or extreme increases in lot size purely to reach the target.
