Reward eligibility depends on your Aurex program:
PRO & FLEX: Every 14 days
RAPID: Every 7 days
All reward requests are subject to Aurex’s final risk and compliance review before approval. Once approved, processing typically takes 24–48 business hours.
If your reward request is taking longer than usual, this generally means our system detected activity that requires additional manual review by one of our managers. This may include further verification of trading activity, account rules, consistency, or other risk-management requirements.
Additional review does not automatically mean that a rule was violated. It simply means the account requires further verification before a final decision can be made.
If your reward request has been under review for more than 6 days, please contact Aurex Support so our team can check the status of your request.
