This feature consolidates essential metrics such as total profit, revenue, number of orders, and top-selling products into a single, easy-to-navigate interface. The dashboard helps you make data-driven decisions by presenting real-time insights about your store's operations, allowing you to identify trends, spot opportunities, and understand which products drive your success.
With the AutoDS dashboard, you can track your store's financial health, monitor product performance, analyze sales trends over custom time periods, and evaluate how different product tags impact your business. This comprehensive view eliminates the need to check multiple sources for information, saving you time while ensuring you have all the data necessary to optimize your dropshipping operations.
Note: The term AutoDS dashboard in this article refers specifically to the performance analysis feature that displays your store metrics and statistics. It is not synonymous with the entire AutoDS platform, which includes all dropshipping automation tools and features.

To access the AutoDS dashboard page and view your store's performance metrics:
Log in to your AutoDS account using your credentials.
From the left-side navigation menu, click Dashboard.
The dashboard will load automatically, displaying your store's performance data.
Once you access the dashboard, you can customize the data view using the available filters at the top of the page.
The calendar filter allows you to select specific date ranges, such as the last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, or a custom date range.
Additionally, if your store processes transactions in multiple currencies, you can use the currency filter to view metrics in your preferred currency.
Note: Only monitored orders appear on the AutoDS dashboard's metrics. Unmonitored orders will not be included in any of the metrics, calculations, or visualizations shown in the dashboard page.
Important: The AutoDS system does not convert values between currencies. When you select a currency filter, the dashboard displays only the data recorded in that specific currency. This means that if you have orders in multiple currencies, you need to switch between currency filters to view the complete picture of your store's performance.
Dashboard metrics and data points
The AutoDS dashboard presents several key metrics that provide a comprehensive view of your store's performance. Each metric serves a specific purpose in helping you understand different aspects of your dropshipping business:
Metric | Description |
1. Total profit | Located in the Statistics section at the top of the dashboard page, this metric shows the net profit generated during your selected time period.
The total profit is calculated by subtracting the total product cost from the total revenue. For example, if your store generated $5,000 in revenue with $3,000 in product costs, your total profit would be $2,000. |
2. Number of orders | Located in the Statistics section at the top of the dashboard, this metric displays the total count of monitored orders placed during the selected period. This metric helps you understand your store's sales volume and customer activity levels. |
3. Total revenue | Located in the Statistics section at the top of the dashboard, this metric represents the gross revenue from all completed orders before deducting any costs.
Total revenue shows how much money your store generated from sales, regardless of expenses. |
4. New products uploaded | Located in the Statistics section at the top of the dashboard, this metric tracks the number of new products added to your store during the selected time frame. Monitoring this helps you understand your catalog expansion rate and inventory growth. |
5. Sales graph | Located in the Sales Overview section, this graph provides a visual representation of your store's financial trends over time. This interactive chart displays three key data lines: revenue (total sales), product cost (what you paid suppliers), and profit (revenue minus cost).
By analyzing this graph, you can identify peak sales periods, cost fluctuations, and profit trends that inform your business strategy. |
6. Store performance | Located in the Overview panel within the Sales Overview section, this area consolidates several important financial averages and benchmarks:
|
7. Top selling tags | Located in the lower section of the dashboard, this area shows how each tag category performs if you organize your products using tags (such as seasonal categories, marketing campaigns, or product types).
You can analyze which tagged product groups generate the most sales and profit, helping you focus on high-performing categories. |
8. Top selling products | Located in the lower section of the dashboard, this area displays your highest-performing products ranked by sales volume. You can adjust the time range to see which products perform best during different periods, helping you identify consistent bestsellers versus seasonal trends. |
How the dashboard updates and synchronizes data
The AutoDS dashboard updates automatically every 3 hours to ensure you have recent performance data. However, there are some important timing considerations to understand:
The dashboard retrieves sales data from up to 2 days back from your connected selling platforms. This means that very recent sales information may not appear immediately on your dashboard. Additionally, timezone differences between the AutoDS system and your selling platform can cause temporary delays in data synchronization.
If you've sold a product to a customer but the sales metrics are not yet reflected in your Dashboard analytics, wait at least 3 hours after the purchase was made. The AutoDS Dashboard page needs this processing time to calculate analytics such as profit, revenue, and performance statistics.
Important: If you can't see your order on the Orders page, this is a different issue. To troubleshoot orders not appearing on the Orders page, click here.
Order statuses included in dashboard calculations
The AutoDS dashboard includes all monitored orders in its profit calculations and metrics, regardless of their current fulfillment status. This comprehensive approach ensures you have a complete picture of your business performance.
The following order statuses are included in dashboard metrics:
Pending: Orders that have been received but not yet processed or sent to suppliers.
Ordered: Orders that have been placed with suppliers and are awaiting shipment.
Shipped: Orders that have been dispatched by suppliers and are in transit to customers.
Delivered: Orders that have been successfully delivered to customers.
By including all these statuses, the dashboard provides accurate financial projections even for orders that haven't been completed yet. This helps you understand your total committed costs and expected revenue across all active orders.
