After you upload your document, it will show in the Activity tab under the Uploaded folder. The status will show as 'Queued for Processing' until its "Ready".

The processing time will vary.

📎NOTE: If there aren’t enough credits, the system won't be able to release the file.

What does 'Queued for Processing' mean?

After you upload a file, the status will show as 'Queued for Processing' on the Activity screen.

This means the upload was successful and the processing will begin shortly.

How long does it take for AutoEntry to process documents?

AutoEntry processes 80% of all Purchases/Bills, Sales Invoices, Expenses and Supplier statements within 10 to 120 minutes. It processes 80% of Bank statements within 30 to 240 minutes. While processing times can vary, most documents are ready toward the lower end of these time ranges.

Scan quality, server loads and other factors can result in longer delays. Larger batch uploads of invoices or statements can take longer than 24 hours to process. Uploads of Excel or Word documents can take up to 24 hours.

See our Recommended Scanner Settings and Pen Marks and Handwriting on Documents articles to ensure the best turnaround times possible.

If your document is still in 'processing' status after this timeframe, contact our Customer Support team.

What does 'Credits yet to be deducted' mean?

This message means that your file is in the final stage of processing, where credits are being deducted from your balance.

This typically only takes a few minutes, and the files will then transfer automatically to your Inbox.

What does "Credits couldn’t be deducted" mean?

If there isn’t enough credit, the file won't transfer to the Inbox. You'll need to purchase credits or contact support to cancel the file.
