If you're using the Desktop SyncApp to integrate with Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop, your login will depend on the way you signed up.
Your Desktop Sync App sign-in method depends on how you signed up for AutoEntry. Use the matching sign-in option to access the app.

Use your AutoEntry username and password if you signed up with an AutoEntry login.
Sign in with a Sage account
Sign in with a Sage account
Use this option if you signed up through your Sage account or use Sage for Accountants to access AutoEntry.
Select Sign in with Sage.
Enter your Sage account email address, then select Continue.
Enter your Sage account password, then select Log in.
Enter your six-digit 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) code if prompted, then select Continue.
If the app asks you to create a Sage account, you don’t already have one for that email address.

You can’t use your Intuit QuickBooks ID to sign in to the Desktop Sync App. Create a separate password for the app instead.
This password only works for the Mobile App and Desktop Sync App. It doesn’t change how you sign in to the AutoEntry website.
Login issues
Check that you entered the correct login details.
Reset your password using the AutoEntry password recovery process if needed.
Go to the AutoEntry login page.
Select Forgot password.
Follow the steps in the password reset email.
Contact AutoEntry support if the issue continues.
