INTRODUCTION
Activation
The Uploaded tab will appear under the Inbox once you register to the e-invoicing certified platform in AutoEntry.
đNOTE: This is available to Sage for Accountants user in France and will come into effect from 1 september 2026 only. If you haven't activated e-invoicing, you can still manage your uploaded files from the Inbox.
Access
Go to the company's folder homepage.
Go to the Inbox in the Sales folder.
The Uploaded tab will display by default.
đNOTE: The list will only show files that are Ready after extraction.
Overview
The Uploaded tab allows you to manage the following tasks:
View the invoice and check the extraction is correct before you send it to the customer
Reject or Move the invoice, if added by error
Send the e-invoice to the customer via the Sage PA
Publish and Archive the invoice directly (alternative to sending it to the customer)
FUNCTIONNALITIES
Check the invoice details
Click the invoice number in the list to access its details. Alternatively, click Action, then View Invoice.
The invoice details will include the extracted data to the left, and the original document to the right.
Check the extracted data before you send it to the customer. If needed, check the warnings displayed.
Rejects
If you uploaded an invoice by error, you can reject it to move to the rejected folder.
NOTE: Don't confuse the Reject option with the Refusal from a customer after sending an e-invoice.
Move
If you've uploaded the document to the wrong folder, you can move it to another one.
Sending an e-invoice
Once you add a SIRET to the contact, the option to send the e-invoice will be available in the invoice or the Action menu.

Publish / Accept
You can publish the invoice directly without sending it to the customer. First you need to select the categories. If you're not integrated with Génération Expert, the option to Accept will show instead. This is to validate the invoice internally.
Archive
You can also archive the document directly from the uploaded tab if you don't need to send it.
đNOTE: The options to publish or archive are also available from the e-invoices sent tab after you send the e-invoices to the customer.
OPTIONS AND MENUS
To access the available options, click Action to the right of an invoice and select the required option. Alternatively, click the link in the Invoice Number column to view the invoice details and available actions.
Action button
The Action button is available to the right for each invoice within the list/ The following options are available:
View invoice
Send the e-invoice
Reject
Publish
Archive
List
You can also select the categories directly from the list. Alternatively, click to View the invoice details to see the entire details.
Actions button: multiple selections
The Actions button in the main menu bar lets you Reject, Archive, and Publish / Accept multiple invoices at once. It also lets you Move documents to another folder.
Select the invoices using the checkboxes on the left, then choose the required option from Actions.
đ NOTE: The Move option is available only from the main Actions button. It isnât available from the invoice-level menu.
The invoice will move out of the Uploaded tab after any of the following actions:
Move â to the selected folder (Purchases, Sales, or Expenses)
Reject â to the Rejected tab
Archive â to the Archived tab
Send as an electronic invoice â to the Electronic Invoices Sent tab
ACTIONS / STATUS TABLE
The available Actions will depend on the invoice status:
