You are seeing either of the below error messages after trying to publish an invoice.

Line Item Net does not match Invoice Net

Line Item Total does not match Invoice Total

This means that the invoice summary net/total does not match the line item summary net/total. See example below:

This can happen if the VAT code has been changed, causing the figures to recalculate, or if any of the figures have been edited.

In order to rectify this you can either edit the line items or the invoice summary so they match. The error will then automatically clear!

Please note that if there are Units/Prices contained in your line items, those will need to be amended instead of any incorrect net/total amounts.
