When checking your AutoEntry Desktop Sync Service status (or Sync App status) on the Integrate page, the following error may show:
AutoEntry Desktop Sync Service is Not Running
AutoEntry Desktop Sync Service is not running or you are currently not logged into the desktop client.
This error occurs when your Desktop Sync Service (Sync App in short) times out.
To resolve this error, follow the steps to restart your Sync App. Make sure you check the Sync App Type first. The method will differ depending on whether you're running the Desktop Sync Service as a service or console.
