'0 credits' Notice on a Fixed Price Company

Why you may see an insufficient credits notice on your company despite it being on a fixed price subscription.

Symptom

The user has a 'CREDIT BALANCE: 0' notice when on their company homepage.

Applies To

  • Fixed Price subscription users. Please note that AutoEntry no longer offers Fixed Price subscriptions to new users; this article only applies to existing Fixed Price-holders.

Cause

Requiring credits to upload bank statements.

Resolution

If you are seeing this message on your fixed price companies, it is referring to the balance you would require to upload/process bank statements. Fixed price subscriptions only include invoices, so you can still go ahead and upload those without any worry!
