You are seeing the following error message on your company's integration status or Integrate page.
Authorisation issue detected - please reconnect
This is caused by an expired token within the integration with Xero, meaning that it needs to be re-authorised.
Resolution
To resolve this error, disconnect the integration on both sides and reconnect from AutoEntry:
Disconnect your integration from AutoEntry.
Disconnect the integration from Xero:
Click the organisation name, then select Settings.
Click Connected Apps.
Under the connected apps, click Disconnect beside the AutoEntry app.
Reconnect the company to your Xero account.
