Manage your login email, password and time zone.

Account Settings allows you to manage and customize your account.

  • Log into your Autoklose account 

  • Click on your initials at the top right and click on Settings

  • Click on the Account tab

  • You can change your login email address, password, time zone, and much more on this page.

Profile name

  • Profile name on this screen is used within Autoklose in all reports and team communication. The name set here is a default name for all newly connected email connections which will later be visible to campaign recipients.

  • You can update it at any point by clicking on Change Profile

  • Click Save changes to save changes, or Cancel to discard changes

Login E-mail Address


The email address displayed in this field is the email you use to log into the Autoklose platform. You can change it at any time. Please note that this is NOT the email that Autoklose uses to send emails from. To update this email, please:

  • Click on the Change email address button within the Email address box

  • Please provide your current password for safety reasons

  • Please enter the new email address you would like to use to log into Autoklose with

  • Click on Save changes to confirm or Cancel to discard changes.

Password


This is the password you use to log into the Autoklose platform. You can change it at any time.

  • Click on the Change Password button within the Security field

  • Please provide your current password for safety reasons

  • Please enter the new password you would like to log in to Autoklose with

  • Click on Save changes to confirm or Cancel to discard changes.

Time Zone


The time zone is used by our SmartSend feature to send email campaigns. You can configure the allowed times of the day during which Autoklose will send emails for each campaign. All of the times are calculated based on this time zone. You can change it at any time, but please note that all of your active campaigns will automatically send emails during the new time intervals.

  • Click on the Change Time Zone button within the Time Zone box

  • Please select the time zone you would like to use. This is normally the time zone you are in. Sometimes, you want to select a different timezone: for example, if you are located in Europe but want to send emails to the US 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time (New York), then choose EST timezone.

  • Click on Save changes to confirm or Cancel to discard changes.

Please note that timezone changes take effect immediately, and all of the current active campaigns will recalculate the sending times immediately. 

Autoklose Template Analyzer

Spammy words & phrases can hurt your email deliverability. That is why we've created Autoklose Template Analyzer.

Part of that feature is to highlight spammy words while you are writing.

The idea is that you change/replace those highlighted words/phrases with more suitable ones that would increase the likelihood of your emails being delivered to your prospects' inboxes.

By default, the Autoklose Template Analyzer is enabled. To disable it:

  • Click on Change Settings

  • Toggle the button off

  • Click on Save changes to confirm or Cancel to discard changes.

Single Sign-On Connections

To help you manage your login process easier, the Autoklose team worked on the Single Sign-On option.

Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials to any of several related yet independent software systems. SSO allows the user to log in once and access services without re-entering authentication factors.

To enable SSO for your account:

  • Click on Change SSO within the Single Sign-On Connections

  • Choose Google or Microsoft 365, depending on the provider

  • Choose the account (if you are signed to more than one email account) or login to your email account and confirm the authentication

  • Follow the steps to confirm the setup

You can disable the SSO at any point in time.

Delete Account

If you decide that Autoklose isn't a good fit for you, you can always delete your account, and all your user data will be gone with you.

To delete the account, choose one of two options:

  • Delete Account and Cancel subscription

    The option saves some time where it is not necessary to navigate to the Billing page and Cancel the account from there. Please note that if this option is chosen, users do not have a way to use the remaining time (if any) that is already paid. The account is removed, and the Subscription is canceled immediately.

  • Delete Account

    In case of this option, the Account will be deleted, but the subscription will remain active and potentially renew. Please keep in mind that deleting your account will not stop your recurring subscription charges. If you want to close your account completely, make sure to cancel your subscription as well.
