Autoklose can connect and send email from any email account provided your have IMAP access enabled (which most accounts do). In order to allow Autoklose to connect to your account, please connect it:

  • Log into Autoklose with your account 
  • Click on Your Name at the top right and click on Settings
  • Click on the E-mail Settings tab
  • Click on Connect Another Email
  • Fill out your E-mail address and your password for your email account. 
  • If you have two factor (or multifactor) authentication you need to entery 16 diggit password instead of your email account password
  • You will need to provide IMAP settings for your account. First make sure that IMAP is enabled for your account. There are three pieces of information that are required:
    - Server: usually in the form imap.yourdomain.com
    - Encryption: usually SSL or TLS. Your server may not support encryption, this is perfectly fine, just chose None.
    - Port: default IMAP port is 993 but your server may use a specific port. 
  • You will need to provide SMTP settings for your account. There are three pieces of information that are required:
    - Server: usually in the form smtp.yourdomain.com
    - Encryption: usually SSL or TLS. Your server may not support encryption, this is perfectly fine, just chose None.
    - Port: default SMTP port is 465 but your server may use a specific port. 
  • Click Save to connect or Cancel to discard changes. Please note that it will take up to 3 minutes to connect to your account. If there is any errors they will be clearly displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Now that your account is connected you can start your first campaign.
