Definition:

  • “Unique” represents the number of only first (unique) opens, clicks or replies. 

  • “Total” shows each and every open, click, reply.

For example:

"Opened Unique" regards to "Unique" users that opened the email. 

For example, one email can be opened multiple times by different users, and that number will be  "Opened Total", but "Opened Unique" can only equal 0 or 1. The same goes for clicks, replies, etc.
