Calendly helps you schedule meetings without endless back-and-forth emails.

Professional or higher Calendly subscription is required for the integration. API key from Basic and Essentials plans will generate a warning in the lower-left corner.

This integration between Autoklose and Calendly will allow you to insert your Calendly link into your Autoklose email campaign from within Autoklose Email Campaign, step 4: "Customize E-mail Sequence."

Perhaps, more importantly, it will stop the Autoklose email follow-up for those prospects who eventually book a time slot on your calendar. 

However, bear in mind that if a prospect clicks on the link and books your Calendly time slot with a different email compared to the one used inside your Autoklose Email Campaign, that prospect will not be removed from the follow-up email sequence. The email addresses have to match – the one they use to book a slot on your Calendly and the one that is inside your campaign have to be identical.

To set up the integration, please follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to Calendly Integrations page, and on "API and connectors" tab click the "API and webhooks" button. In the "Personal access tokens" section click on the "Get a token now" confirm and give it a name. Copy token and close this page. Switch to Autoklose.

2. In Autoklose, go to Integrations -> Calendly  – or click here.

3. Paste the API key and click Save.
