To remove template login to your Autoklose account, and navigate to the template section on the left of the page. Once there place a mouse pointer over the template and click on "Remove" button. This action will remove the template for you and your team.

Team manager can delete all team templates, created by all members of the team.
​Team member can delete only templates created by that user.
​
Note: Default templates can't be removed, they will always be available for all team members.
