What’s changing?

As of today (August 20, 2025):

  • ❌ Annual policy sales are paused

  • ❌ No policies may have a start date on or after August 31, 2025

As of September 1, 2025:

  • ❌ No new policies will be available (Daily, Monthly, or Annual)

  • ❌ Renewals will no longer be available

What stays the same:

  • Existing active policies remain valid until their stated expiration date

  • Claims can still be filed for any active policy

  • 📄 Policy documents — past and present — will remain accessible in the app anytime

Will I still be covered under my current policy?

Yes. Any active policy remains valid until its expiration date. Your policy documents and coverage remain enforceable until then, and claims can be filed as usual.

What happens when my policy expires?

Once your policy reaches its expiration date:

  • It will not renew automatically

  • You will not be able to purchase a replacement or extension under Allianz

What if I need a new policy now?

  • Annual policy sales are already paused as of August 20, 2025

  • No policies can begin on or after August 31, 2025

  • After September 1, 2025, no new policies will be available until a new insurance partner is in place

Will I still be able to make a claim?

Yes. If you have an active policy in place, your coverage and claims process remain valid until the expiration date of that policy.

What’s next?

We know this is a significant change. We are actively working with our partners to secure a new insurance option and will update you as soon as new coverage becomes available.
