Does AutoReel support portrait mode?
Yes! You can select portrait mode for videos. For best results, use portrait images for portrait videos and landscape images for landscape videos to avoid unnecessary cropping.
How many images can I use per video?
The number of images depends on your subscription plan, ranging from 5 to 20 images per video. See our pricing page for more details.
How long is each video?
Each image becomes a 3-second clip, so videos range from 15 to 60 seconds long, depending on your plan.
Can I use my own images?
Absolutely! You can upload your own listing photos to create personalized videos.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All monthly paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged until after the trial period ends.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you can start with the free plan without a credit card. The free plan lets you create two videos per month with an AutoReel watermark.
Is there a file size limit for images?
Yes, images must be 10MB or smaller.
How do I get rid of the watermark in the video?
The watermark appears on videos made with the free plan. To remove it, simply upgrade to a paid plan and generate videos without any limitations.
What's the video resolution?
Growth, Pro, and Enterprise users have access to create full HD, 1080p videos. Otherwise, it defaults to 720p.

My video didn’t come out the way I wanted... can I edit it?
Sorry to hear that! Sometimes AI-generated content may need fine-tuning. With a paid plan, you can:
Redo any clips that didn’t turn out right.
Remove clips or reorder scenes.
Update text, branding, and music.

What do I do if my video is stuck?
This is rare, but if it happens, please contact us using the messenger or form below. Share as much info as possible so we can resolve it quickly. Don’t worry — we’ll make sure no video credits are wasted.
How can I control the movement of the video?
AutoReel currently supports five movement options:
Auto: AI chooses the best motion (orbit, pan, push effects).
Push In: Smooth zoom-in effect for added depth.
Push Out: Smooth zoom-out effect for a wider view.
Orbit Left: Rotate counter-clockwise around the area.
Orbit Right: Rotate clockwise around the area.
How can I increase my monthly video limit?
You can buy more videos at your plan’s rate anytime on the pricing page. If you need a larger custom limit, contact us for special business pricing.

What happens with free plan videos if I upgrade?
When you upgrade to a paid plan (with a 7-day free trial):
The watermark will be removed from your two free videos.
Those two videos won’t count against your video credits.
You won’t be charged until after 7 days, and if you cancel before then, your card won’t be charged.
