Live touchpoint kiosk integration!
On this tab you can track your agency clinicians Attendance to the minute as well as manage their missed punch requests as well as timecard and invoice reconciliation.
First lets cover all that you see at a first glance:
This page defaults to filter to the current month, showing you the 10 most recent timecards
Use the Date Range filters to view any custom date range or use the buttons to toggle month-to-month
Use the search bar to search for a specific clinician, position, phone number or agency
The page numbers below the timecards will help you toggle to the next or previous 10 entries
Later in this article we will cover the 'View Missed Punches' and 'Add a new punch' buttons
Now lets understand the Touchpoint and Timecard workflow:
Touchpoint workflow-
Step one: Clinician check-In
Step two: 7.5 Hours later, Clinician receives a text reminder to check-out
Step three: If the clinician does not check out 16.5 hours from their check-In time, the clinician will receive a text message with the link to complete a missed punch form
Timecard Workflow-
Step one: Timecards will display in live time with the check-In and Out date and time
Step two: Within the initial 16.5 hours, the timecard will display as 'Clocked-In'
Step three: After 16.5 hours, the timecard display will update to 'Missed Punch'
Step Four: Timecard Duration, auto deducts 30 minutes break for all shifts 6 hours+
Managing Missed punches and timecard edits:
A badge will display with the number of missed punch forms awaiting review
Click on 'View missed Punches' on the top right
Approve or decline the form submission
If approved;
Go back to the timecards to find the timecard associated with the form
Click the 'Edit' button on the right side
Add or Edit the applicable details
In event the clinician missed clocking in and out, you will need to create a new timecard:
Click 'Add a New Punch' on the top left
Input the applicable details
