Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is the first screen you’ll see when logging into Auxo Workshop. It’s packed with interactive widgets that give you a snapshot of your workshop’s current status and provide quick access to key actions.
You can return to the dashboard any time by clicking Dashboard in the left side-menu.
Most widgets are interactive:
Click the displayed value to drill into the relevant part of the program.
Hover over a widget to access the ellipsis icon
[...]and adjust your targets.Targets will display as either Higher than Goal or Lower than Goal based on performance.

Here's a quick rundown of the widgets you'll find:
Capacity Next Week
Displays the percentage of your available booking slots for the upcoming week.
🖱️Clicking the value opens the Weekly Calendar.Vehicle Reminders
Shows the number of follow-up reminders that need to be sent.
🖱️Clicking the value opens the Reminders screen, filtered to reminders due in the next 30 days where the vehicle has no work in progress.Waiting for Parts
Indicates how many jobs are currently waiting on parts.
🖱️Clicking the value opens the Job List filtered to jobs tagged “Waiting for Parts” with a status of “Arrived” or “In Progress.”Ready for Invoice
Shows the number of jobs ready to be invoiced.

Lists booking reminders that need to be sent.
🖱️Clicking the value opens the Job List filtered to jobs with a status of “Booked” and a booking date of tomorrow.Bookings Not Arrived
Tracks bookings scheduled for today that haven’t yet arrived.
🖱️Clicking opens the Job List filtered to jobs with a status of “Booked” and a booking date of today.
