Use Ava in museums and for guided tours

Learn how to join a guided tour with live-captioning at your Ava-equipped venue, or make it happen!

Updated over a week ago

If you'd like to make your venue accessible for tours, you can get an Ava Pro plan.

It'll help you:

  • Setup any smart device (iPad, Android tablet, smartphone) you own for the host/guide using login information you'll receive when purchasing an Ava Welcome license.

  • Print for visitors a QR code sign, or give them a unique identifier that deaf/hard-of-hearing visitors can join for the visit and access realtime captioning. Example: "ArtMuseumChicago"

  • Visitors can use their smart devices or devices you lend them, by downloading and joining for free the tour using Ava on the device.
