What it is
It’s a Search accommodation tab that appears in the menu of your event’s public page, next to Home, Register, Participant’s private zone, Map - Direction, Weather or Contact us. From there your participants see a map of accommodation near the venue and can book without leaving the page 🏨.
It’s a free service for you, and your participants will appreciate it if they’re travelling from out of town and need a place to stay.
How it works
The map is automatically centered on your event’s location and uses the event date as a reference. Your participant just has to browse the options and click Book accommodation when they find one that suits them.
How to turn it on
Go to General > Offer accommodation search and turn the option on. You can do it when creating the event or later from the same path.
Add it to your own website too
If you’d rather offer the accommodation search on your own website, you can also do it as an iframe. You’ll find it under General > Put it on your website > Iframe.
