To work on the registration list for your event, all you have to do is go to 👉 management / registration list. From the first moment you will be able to see the different filters that you can use and that we explain below 😊
Filters for the database of your registered
At a first glance you can see that there are a total of eight filters available to download the list, but if you click on the "see more filters" button, fourteen more filters will appear so that you can download the information of your subscribers based on the data that most interests you. interest in.
Thus, for example, you will be able to download an Excel file for each selected t-shirt size to be able to count them better before ordering this merchandising for the test 💪.
Actions on the list of registered
On the right side you can see up to five different icons that correspond to the "actions" column:
From this section you will be able -in the corresponding order-: deliver bib numbers, send proof of registration, see its summary, edit it or cancel it.
Export list of registered
If you've come here by chance and you're missing the most important step, which is knowing how to import Excel entries (massive import of entries), we advise you to read that article first 😊.
To export the list of registrants you can choose the format that best suits you between .xlsx, .csv or .json:
The first detail to take into account is to initially filter the list of registered by the "confirmed" 👉 within the "status" filter. Don't worry about exporting the list as many times as you need, it has no download limit and you can do it every time with the necessary filters 😄.
In the Excel file that will be downloaded, you will have all the information obtained in the registration form, but you can modify it as you wish until you only have the data that interests you or your timekeeper the most 💪.
TIP: If your idea is to print the list of those registered before the test so that they can look for the number they will wear, it is best to order the list alphabetically 😉
