Avaibook Sports offers you the possibility of fully customising your registration form, providing you with many options. We will look at the main ones below:

Opening and closing the registration formA

To open or close the registration form without changing the registration opening date, you simply have to enter your event management panel and activate or deactivate the registration form 💪.

Insert the registration form on your webpage

Avaibook Sports offers you 3 options for integrating the registration form into your webpage. They are all very simple to implement, below we tell you how:

Go to 👉 General/ Publish it on your Website 🌐 and the options are:

Iframe: you can insert the registration form in an embedded manner within your site. You can choose whether to place all shares in one iframe or one iframe per registration share, the language and the background colour of the iframe. All you have to do is copy and paste into your site the code provided by the platform

Link: copy the registration web link and copy it to your site

QR code: Make the registration form accessible via a QR code and share it on your flyers or partner websites.

Registration form as start page

With AvaiBook Sports you can decide which is the main page for the web page created by the platform for your event. You can choose between those created automatically and also your own customised sections. Go to 👉 Configuration / Event Web Graphics Settings / Content / Main Page and choose the page you want to appear as main page 😊.

Configuring the Basic Data of the registration form

You will be able to indicate for a whole range of predefined fields whether you want the field to appear in the registration form as 'Required' (it is mandatory to answer the field in order to complete registration), 'Optional' (the field will appear but it is not mandatory to answer it in order to complete registration) or that the field does not appear:

Creating Custom Fields in the Registration Form

You also have the possibility to create any type of field/question you need. The platform offers you 6 examples for the most commonly used fields, we hope they are useful 🧡.

Configuration of interdependent fields in the registration form

Access the area for creating custom fields 👉 Configuration / Registration Form / Custom Fields.

Make sure you have selected the registration fees for your event in which you want to create these fields.

To add a dependent field

  1. Create the two custom fields after which you mark the box in the bottom left: 'This field depends on another custom field' (you can also create a gender dependency)

  2. The platform will ask you which field you want to bind to the selected one and which answer or answers the participant must mark in order to activate the dependent field.

Changing form data after registration has been opened

You can edit the form after you have opened registration for the event: you can add new fields to the registration form without any problem, pa platform will notify you that the event already has participants and that they may have to be informed of the change.

To change the registration form go to 👉 Configuration / Registration form

Creating a Custom Field Only Visible in the Participant's Private Area

The platform also gives you this possibility. While you are creating a customised field, if you want this field to be visible only to those who have already participated by accessing their Private Zone, and thus the field will not be visible in the online registration form, click on the corresponding option:

Should you be left with any other doubts about the modification of the registration form...
