From the beginning we thought that it would be important for anyone to be able to see, with a simple glance, how the statistics of their event are going.
That is why the first moment you enter any of its events (that is, the management panel) you have three graphs in which you can see:
Enrollment statistics
Evolution of registrations
Earnings analysis
In this article we are going to explain what data the platform analyzes and how you can see it in a more detailed way 📈. The first thing you should do is click on the second graph 👉 see more statistics (or go to management / registration statistics)
The first thing you can do is filter by the quota of the event you want to analyze and you can even compare these statistics with other events that you have managed from our platform. In addition, we have a URL in case you want to share the statistics with anyone, but do not want to share your access code to the platform (for example, with the speaker of the event) 😊.
What is analyzed in these statistics
It shows you the registrations by hours, days and weeks so you can check when more people are registering for your event.
Statistics by registered: analyze which are the quotas in which you are receiving the most registrations and also analyze other aspects such as sex, age, province of residence, autonomous community, country and even if they are participants who are federated or not 😃.
In addition to analyzing some custom options that you have created in the registration form as a custom field whose options can be grouped (yes or no, number of units ... etc.). Some examples of this analysis would be the sizes of the shirt or the brand estimated by the participant.
And finally, statistics by geolocation, a map that shows the statistics that are confirmed in the events in which the country, population and postal code data are collected.
