How does it work?

Customised filters allow you to display a list of participants who meet the desired conditions on a recurring basis. With customised filters you can save the search criteria that are most useful to you and apply them whenever you want with just 2 clicks, speeding up your work. From the top menu Manage - List of Participant List, we access the list of participants as usual, where we can filter according to various criteria, even combined with each other. From the top menu Management - Participant List, we access the list of participants as usual, where we can filter according to various criteria, even combined with each other. For example, we can use the filters to see only those registered for the long route mode, whose registration has been confirmed from 1 February to date, and whose documentation is still pending. With this functionality, we can save this filter using the following button:

Once saved, at any time we can see the entries that meet the conditions of this customized filter by clicking on "Customized filters" and choosing the filter we have created:

You can also delete the filter at any time by clicking on the drop-down menu in the filter field - "Delete Filter":

Also, if you duplicate that event you can choose to duplicate its custom filters as well, so you don't have to create them again.

Apply custom filters to access users

Finally, we have incorporated the possibility of access users who, instead of being able to see all entries or only entries added by them, will only be able to see entries that exclusively meet the conditions of a custom filter. What can this be used for? For the creation of access users with advanced casuistics, e.g. to be able to create an access user who can only see entries of a certain age rank (as a coach of our club, for example) or to allow a club, entity, organization to only see participants who have indicated that they belong to that club, entity or organization. There are many cases, if you can think of one but are not sure how to apply it, no problem: contact us and we will help you 😊
