If you are a timekeeper (and/or own timing equipment)... this news is of interest to you:

AvaiBookSports.com has signed a partnership with timingsense to connect our entry platform with Copernico*, timingsense's timing software.

What does it mean?

From now on you can export your entry data directly from AvaiBookSports.com to Copernico, without having to export the entry Excel and manipulate the file for later import into Copernico. Now, with a single click, you will have all the data you need in Copernico, in a much simpler way 😊.

How does it work?

From your User, for customers who have activated the Pro License** function, you will see a new section appear called "Copernico by timingsense":

Once in, simply activate synchronization by configuring the company token, which can be obtained from the "Plugins - AvaiBook Sports" section of Copernico:

Once you have configured the company token and activated the synchronization with Copernicus, you will see a new button in the area of entries export of each event (the one that appears in the middle) with which you can export all confirmed entries to Copernico, to automatically upload them to the event you want to time:

Once the data has been exported (it may take 1 or 2 minutes), the data source will be available in Copernico to import the newly exported entries. It's as simple as that.

We would also like to remind you that Copernico is compatible with most timing systems from the world's top producers, not just timingsense equipment.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please write to us at info@avaibooksports.com 😊
