Your clients can pay your Invoices online via Paypal. However, not all Invoices will display the Paypal payment option on the Pay Now popup.
Here is a list of currencies supported by Paypal that you can receive payments in. As long as the Invoice issued to a client is in one of these currencies, the Paypal payment option will be visible on the Pay Now popup.
