Report on all fixed billable amounts in your customer projects with the Fixed Amount Details Report. Fixed Amounts are entered against Project Tasks. Report Parameters
This report is highly customizable. You can choose from multiple groupings, filters and column options, along with other useful report parameters.
Customers: Select the customer(s) you want to run the report for. You can select one or more customers as needed.
Projects: Select the project(s) you want to run the report for. You can select one or more projects as needed. You can only choose a project after one or more customers have been chosen.
Groupings
Many of our reports allow you to group data. The Fixed Amounts Details Report has two available grouping options:

Task Status: Choose which status of tasks you want to run this report for. Options include Complete, In Progress, and Not Started.
Amount Status: Choose which status for Fixed Amounts you want to run this report for. Options include Invoiced and Not Invoiced.
Assigned To: Filter this report data based on who tasks are assigned to.
Section: Filter the report data based on Project Sections.
Created Date From β To: Filter the report data based on when the Task was created.
Due Date From β To: Filter the report data based on when the Task is due. Applying this filter will exclude all tasks without due dates from the report output.
Completed Date From β To: Filter the report data based on when the task was completed. Applying this filter will exclude all tasks that Not Started or In Progress.

Last Updated Date: View the date when the fixed amount on the task was last updated. This includes adding a new fixed amount, updating the inventory item, amount or description on an existing fixed amount.
Last Updated By: Check which user last updated the task.

Display Parameters on Report [checkbox]: Display the parameters used to run the report at the top. Select this option if you will like the exported report to include the parameter values used to run the report.
Timezone: In Avaza, each user has a timezone defined along with a general timezone for the account. Use this parameter to select whether report results should display date fields (Created Date, Due Date, Completed Date) in User Timezone or the Account Timezone.
Remove Currency Formatting [checkbox]: Removes currency formatting so the columns can have formulas applied to them after the report is exported to Excel.
Project Archive Status: Filter the report to see the fixed amounts based on the Archive Status of the projects. Use this filter to see only those Fixed Amounts that are tied to the tasks of the Projects in selected status i.e Active, Archive, or both. Please note that selecting an option from this parameter also filters the lists in other relevant parameters like Customers and Projects.
