Which actions are displayed on the activity feed?

You can access the Activity Feed via the ‘thunderbolt’ icon located in the top right corner of the app screen.

Administrators of an account will be able to see all activity, including that of team members. Team members and external contacts will only be able to see their own activity in the feed as well as the activity based on their assigned roles.

Below is the list of actions displayed in the Activity Feed grouped by module:

Project & Tasks

The following actions will be seen by all users with the project collaborator role. Users can click on the link in the Activity Feed to open the task.

  • New User Added To Project

  • Assign Task to User

  • Task Deleted

  • Task Response/Comment Added by

  • New Task Created

  • Update Task (changing status, adding an attachment, add/change deadline, etc)

Invoices & Estimates

Only Admins and Finance Managers will be able to view all invoices and estimate related actions. External users with the Customer Finance role will only be able to see updates related to their company.

Invoices

  • Invoice Created From a Recurring Invoice

  • Invoice Created

  • Invoice Deleted

  • Invoice Emailed

  • Invoice Marked as Sent

  • Invoice Reminder Sent

  • Invoice Updated

Estimates

  • Estimate Accepted

  • Estimate Converted

  • Estimate Created

  • Estimate Marked as Accepted

  • Estimate Marked as Rejected

  • Estimate Marked as Sent

  • Estimate Rejected

  • Estimate Reminder Sent

  • Estimate Sent

  • Estimate Updated

Payments & Credit Notes

Admins and Finance Managers can view actions related to new and existing credit notes and payments.

  • Payment Created

  • Payment Deleted

  • Payment Updated

  • Credit Note Created

  • Credit Note Deleted

  • Credit Note Updated

Users can use the Activity Feed to quickly open Tasks, Projects, and User Profiles as needed.
