FAQ - What are "User Tags" for?

When setting up Contacts what are "User Tags" used for?

Tags can be used to highlight user skills, domain, location, or any other attributes you would like to associate with users. You can set these up via Settings > Scheduling Settings before you can assign them to a user.

User Tags are available on Contacts, Team Schedule, and in the Reports, area to quickly filter for groups of users based on common attributes.
